Cancellation Policy
Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the service total. If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling more than twice will result in a forfeited deposit, and a full charge of the service. ⸻ Tardiness Policy A 7-minute grace period is offered.
