Service Description
We start out with a skin consultation, first cleanse, second cleanse with steam. An enzyme mask with gauze and more steam to help soften and prepare the skin. It is then removed with a hot towel. We apply a treatment that loosens congestion with more steam and begin to use the vortex suction to safely and in a less painful manor. This removes clogged pores, deep impactions in the skin such as pimples. After we then use ice rollers to soothe the skin, prevent inflammation, and restore the skin. Lastly we use Celluma LED to take down redness and combat either acne or anti aging. Finishing serums, moisturizer and spa are then applied.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the service total. If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling more than twice will result in a forfeited deposit, and a full charge of the service. ⸻ Tardiness Policy A 7-minute grace period is offered. After that, a late fee will be applied based on your service: • Brow waxes: $7 • All other waxing services: $20 • Lash lifts, brow lamination, or brow stain: $25 • Facials: $30 • Permanent brow & lip services: $50 If you arrive too late to be seen, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the service total. ⸻ No-Show Policy Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled service.
