Cancellation Policy
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the service total. If you need to reschedule, you may do so up to 48 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling more than twice will result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook. ⸻ Tardiness Policy: A 7-minute grace period is offered. After that, a late fee will be applied based on your service: • Brow waxes: $7 • All other waxing services: $20 • Facials: $30 • Permanent brow & lip services: $50 If you arrive too late to be seen, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the service total. ⸻ No-Show Policy: Failure to show up to your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled service. No-shows will also be banned from booking future appointments, blocked from accessing our website, and no longer welcome at Shaestheticsss. ⸻ We kindly ask that you respect our time, just as we respect yours. 💕 By booking with Shaestheticsss, you agree to these policies.
